Our Center Director Prof. Dr. Oktay Berber attended the I. Higher Education Institutions Turkish Language Teaching Centers / Units Managers and Field Experts Workshop held online on 19-20 June 2025 by the Language Teaching Centers Evaluation and Accreditation Association (TÖDAK). The workshop, which aimed to discuss the problems related to language teaching practices in language teaching centers operating within higher education institutions in Turkey, to reach common solutions, to strengthen the quality of education and training and to shape the standards with the opinions from the field, was well attended.
At the end of the two-day workshop in six different halls, the topics of “Teaching/Course Programs and Curriculum Standards, Assessment and Evaluation, Student Services, Instructor Competencies, Learning Environments and Infrastructure, Management and Organization” were discussed and the issues discussed in the sessions were summarized by the session chairs.
