The application process to ESOGÜ TÖMER is explained below in English and Turkish./ESOGÜ TÖMER'e başvuru süreci aşağıda İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak izah edilmiştir.
Registration for the first A1 courses has been completed. The last A1 course will start on January 15. Those who started the A1 course in January 2024 will have completed their C1 course in September-October 2024 if they successfully pass all the stages.
End-of-level exams are given at each stage of A1, A2, B1, B2, C1. Those who take at least 60 points from these exams pass to the next level. Exams consist of reading, listening, writing and speaking stages.
Courses run every week from Monday to Friday. We do not have weekend courses. Each level is planned as 5 or 6 lesson hours per day. A lesson hour is 40 minutes. The courses are face-to-face. In addition, you may be absent for a maximum of 20 lesson hours at each level.. If you are absent from a level for more than 20 hours, you will be considered unsuccessful and repeat the level.
You must repay for each level you fail.
Our university does not have a dormitory. However, there are private dormitories in the city and in the region where the university is located. You must contact the dorms. We do not have a service in this regard.
Those who wish to learn Turkish at ESOGU TÖMER must obtain a student visa from the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in their home country to come to Eskişehir/Turkey. You should not come to Turkey without a student visa. Those who come to Turkey without a student visa have to leave the country after 60 or 90 days. Those who leave the country will be deregistered from the Turkish course. The fees they have paid will not be refunded. Student visa is obtained with an invitation letter. For this, the full course fee must be deposited in the bank account and an invitation letter must be obtained from ESOGU TÖMER. In order for the invitation letter to be prepared, the embassy to which it will be submitted must be notified to TÖMER. Those who are students at the university and those who have been accepted to any department or programme at the university as a student do not need to obtain an invitation letter from TÖMER. Fees paid from abroad are transferred to our account in Turkish Lira. The transfer process may take several days. Therefore, exchange rate differences may occur and ESOGU TÖMER may request additional payment from you in case of underpayment. Embassies may not issue a student visa after examining the applicant's situation. Our university has no responsibility in this regard.
(According to the decision taken by the University Senate for the year 2023-2024, it is necessary to know Turkish at C1 level in order to start lessons in undergraduate, graduate or doctoral programs at Eskişehir Osmangazi University.)
After September 1, 2023, those who apply for a Turkish course are obliged to pay the new fees (36.000 Turkish Liras for Fron A1 level to the end of C1 level). You can pay the fees to the bank account below to registrate to the course. After making the payment, you must send us the payment slip, passport, photo, application form via email (Form link is below). After your payment is checked, an invitation letter will be prepared on your behalf and sent to you by email. Invitation letter preparation takes 5-10 days. With this invitation letter, you should apply for a student visa to the Turkish embassy/consulate in your country. Invitation letters are given to those who will attend at least four levels of Turkish course, and those who will attend fewer Turkish courses are not given an invitation letter.
If those who know Turkish even a little need an invitation letter to attend the course at ESOGÜ TÖMER, they have to follow the procedure described above.
(Those who qualify for associate, undergraduate, graduate or doctoral education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University do not need to receive an invitation letter from ESOGÜ TÖMER. It is sufficient to apply to the Turkish embassy/consulate in their country with the acceptance that they have won the program.)
Those who are not university students but enter Turkey as tourists cannot obtain a residence permit even if they register with ESOGÜ TÖMER and have to return to their country. Even if people in this situation register with ESOGÜ TÖMER, Turkish courses will end because they will return to their countries. Fees paid are not refundable. ESOGÜ TÖMER is not obliged to open a new course for such people.
Those with a residence permit do not need to receive an invitation letter. These individuals can enroll in the course. Those who have obtained a residence permit for any purpose other than education cannot extend their residence permit for educational reasons after registering with TÖMER. The Immigration Office does not change the status of the persons to whom it has granted a residence permit. Fees paid to persons whose residence permit has been canceled or whose residence permit has not been extended by the Immigration Administration will not be refunded. TÖMER does not have to make any other planning for the courses they are registered for.
After obtaining a student visa, you must come to Eskişehir before the course starts and come to the university and submit a photocopy of your passport, your photo to ESOGU TÖMER and receive your student certificate from us. With this document, you must apply to the Provincial Immigration Office in the city center and complete the residence permit procedures. Students should do this themselves.
If you do not come to Eskişehir for any reason or cannot get a visa, the fees you paid will not be refunded to you.

İlk A1 kurslarına kayıtlar tamamlanmıştır. 2023-2024 akademik yılının son A1 kursu 15 Ocak 2024'te başlayacaktır. Ocak 2024'te A1 kursuna başlayanlar eğer bütün aşamaları başarıyla geçerlerse C1 eğitimlerini Eylül-Ekim 2024'te tamamlamış olurlar.
A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 her aşamada seviye sonu sınavları yapılır. Bu sınavlardan en az 60 alanlar bir üst seviyeye geçerler. Sınavlar okuma, dinleme, yazma, konuşma aşamalarından oluşur.
Kurslar her hafta Pazartesiden Cumaya kadardır. Hafta sonu kursumuz bulunmamaktadır. Her seviyede günde 6 ders saati olarak planlama yapılır. Bir ders saati 40 dakikadır. Kurslar yüz yüzedir. Ayrıca her seviyede en fazla 20 ders saati izin alarak devamsızlık yapabilirsiniz. Eğer bir seviyede 20 ders saatinden fazla devamsızlık yaparsanız başarısız sayılırsınız ve seviyeyi tekrar edersiniz.
Başarısız olduğunuz her seviye için yeniden ödeme yapmalısınız.
Üniversitemizin yurdu bulunmamaktadır. Ancak şehirde ve üniversitenin bulunduğu bölgede özel yurtlar bulunmaktadır. Yurtlarla siz bağlantı kurmalısınız. Bu konuda bir hizmetimiz bulunmamaktadır.
ESOGÜ TÖMER'de Türkçe öğrenmek isteyenler Eskişehir/Türkiye'ye gelmek için kendi ülkelerindeki Türkiye Büyükelçiliği/konsolosluğundan öğrenci vizesi almalıdırlar. Öğrenci vizesi olmadan Türkiye'ye gelmemelisiniz. Öğrenci vizesi olmadan Türkiye'ye gelenler 60 veya 90 gün sonunda ülkeden çıkış yapmak zorunda kalır. Ülkeden çıkış yapanların Türkçe kursuna kayıtları silinir. Ödedikleri ücretler geri iade edilmez. Davet mektubu ile öğrenci vizesi alınmaktadır. Bunun için kurs ücretinin tamamı banka hesabına yatırılmalı ve ESOGÜ TÖMER’den davet mektubu alınmalıdır. Davet mektubunun hazırlanabilmesi için hangi büyükelçiliğe verileceği TÖMER'e bildirilmelidir. Üniversitede öğrenci olanlar ve öğrenci olarak üniversitede herhangi bir bölüm veya programa kabul edilmiş olanların TÖMER'den davet mektubu almalarına gerek yoktur. Yurt dışından ödenen ücretler hesabımıza Türk Lirası olarak aktarılır. Aktarma işlemi birkaç gün sürebilmektedir. Bu nedenle kur farkı ortaya çıkabilir ve eksik ödeme ortaya çıktığında ESOGÜ TÖMER sizden ek ödeme talep edebilir. Öğrenci vizesi işlemleri elçiliklerde yapılmaktadır. Elçilikler başvuru yapan kişinin durumunu inceledikten sonra öğrenci vizesi vermeyebilir. Bu konuda üniversitemizin bir sorumluluğu yoktur.
(Üniversite Senatosu'nun 2023-2024 yılı için aldığı karara göre Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi'nde lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora programlarında derslere başlayabilmek için C1 seviyesinde Türkçe bilmek gerekmektedir.)
1 Eylül 2023'ten itibaren Türkçe kursu için başvuru yapanlar yeni ücretleri (A1'den C1 sonuna toplam 36.000 TL) ödemekle yükümlüdür. Kursa kaydolmak için aşağıdaki banka hesabına ödeme yapabilirsiniz. Ödeme yaptıktan sonra e-posta üzerinden bize ödeme fişini, pasaportunuzu, fotoğrafınızı, başvuru formunu göndermelisiniz (form linki aşağıdadır). Ödemeniz kontrol edildikten sonra adınıza davet mektubu hazırlanacak ve e-posta ile size gönderilecektir. Davet mektubu hazırlığı 5-10 gün arasında sürmektedir. Bu davet mektubu ile ülkenizdeki Türkiye büyükelçiliği/konsolosluğuna öğrenci vizesi için başvuru yapmalısınız. Davet mektupları en az dört seviye Türkçe kursuna katılacak olanlar için verilir, daha az Türkçe kursuna katılacak olanlara davet mektubu verilmez.
Az da olsa Türkçe bilenler ESOGÜ TÖMER’de kursa katılmak için davet mektubuna ihtiyaç duyuyorlarsa yine yukarıda anlatılan prosedürü izlemek zorundadırlar.
(Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi’nde ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora eğitimi almaya hak kazananların ESOGÜ TÖMER’den davet mektubu almasına gerek yoktur. Programı kazandıklarına dair kabul ile ülkelerindeki Türkiye büyükelçiliğine/konsolosluğuna başvurmaları yeterlidir.)
Üniversite öğrencisi olmayıp Türkiye’ye turist olarak giriş yapanlar TÖMER’e kayıt yaptırsalar bile oturma izni alamazlar ve ülkelerine dönmek zorundadırlar. Bu durumdaki kişiler TÖMER’e kayıt olsalar bile ülkelerine dönecekleri için Türkçe kursları sona erer. Ödedikleri ücretler geri iade edilmez. ESOGÜ TÖMER bu durumdaki kişilere yeni kurs açmak zorunda değildir.
Oturma izni olanların davet mektubu almasına gerek yoktur. Bu kişiler kursa kaydolabilir. Eğitim dışında bir başka amaçla oturma izni almış olanlar TÖMER'e kayıt yaptırdıktan sonra oturma izinlerini eğitim gerekçesiyle uzatamazlar. Göç İdaresi oturma izni verdiği kişilerin statüsünü değiştirmemektedir. Herhangi bir sebeple oturma izni iptal edilen veya Göç İdaresi tarafından oturma izni süresi uzatılmayan kişilere ödedikleri ücretler geri iade edilmez. Kayıt oldukları kurslar için TÖMER başka bir planlama yapmak zorunda değildir.
Öğrenci vizesi aldıktan sonra kurs başlamadan önce Eskişehir'e gelmeli ve üniversiteye gelerek pasaportunuzun fotokopisini, fotoğrafınızı ESOGÜ TÖMER'e teslim etmeli ve bizden öğrenci belgenizi almalısınız. Bu belge ile İl Göç İdaresine başvurarak ikamet işlemlerini yapmalısınız. Bu işlemleri öğrenciler kendileri yapmalıdır.
Herhangi bir sebeple Eskişehir'e gelmezseniz veya vize alamazsanız ödediğiniz ücretler size geri iade edilmemektedir.
