Mission

ESOGU TÖMER is the window of both the Republic of Turkey and Eskişehir Osmangazi University opening to foreign countries. Our students are foreign nationals from different countries of the world, especially from Turkic Republics, Turkic and Related Communities in Asia and the Balkans. By teaching Turkish, one of the oldest and one of the oldest written languages of the world, our center has adopted the mission of raising individuals who are researcher, questioner, analyzer, capable of leading the society in changing world conditions, respectful to human values; to contribute to the lifelong education and development process of societies by accessing, producing, sharing and putting into practice knowledge. In order to raise multilingual and multicultural individuals, it is aimed to increase the rate of cultural interaction by expanding the usage area of Turkish.

Vision

The vision of ESOGU TÖMER, which strives to teach Turkish as a foreign language and contribute to the development of international students' ability to express themselves in different languages, is to become a pioneering and respected language teaching center at national and international level with its original research in science and technology, high-level education, creative activities and service.
