One of our academic staff, Lect. Dr. Berrin Ar Pamuk and Lect. Furkan Korkut made an educational visit to Sweden with the Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility program. With the invitation of Prof. Dr. László Károly, who works in the Department of Linguistics and Philology of Uppsala University, which is the oldest university in Sweden, our staff carried out their educational activities between 5-9 May 2025.
During the mobility, our academic staff participated in various seminars, lectures and presentations and learned about different education systems. In particular, student-centered teaching approaches, the use of digital education tools and inter-university cooperation were emphasized.
The training process was very productive not only in terms of personal development but also in terms of strengthening inter-university ties. During the meetings with the academic staff at Uppsala University, issues such as future joint projects, student and faculty exchanges were also discussed.
